I am being harassed by a resident of my senior housing complex and have threatened to file an official complaint if he doesn’t stop. Every time he sees me, he says “why do you have that mask ion? Are you going to rob a bank?” I told him if he says that one more time I will file a complaint with the office. He sits outside my apartment in a common area and I can’t go out my door without his taunting me about mask wearing,
