3 things made me very happy this week - the outcome of the election in favor of Biden/Harris, the fact that Kamala Harris is the first woman, first Black woman and first Asian woman elected as a VP and the beautiful weather we have had since Friday. Walking around feeling light and happy this week!!

If you feel your mental health has changed since the pandemic started, talk a bit about how, and why.
i don't feel very stable, mentally. i'm always angry. i thought i should go see a therapist but i don't have the money. i carry with me heavy loads of lava, if i don't find what to do with them i'll melt myself.
