On Sunday my two hiking buddies and I went on a long, easy hike Halfway through one said, "I could sure go for a green chile cheeseburger" After that we couldn't think of anything else We cut our excursion short and drove to a restaurant that specializes in green chile cheeseburgers The restaurant was not very busy, but between the takeout orders and the outside diners, the staff was stretched thin We had plenty of time to read the extensive Covid warning notice near the counter Reading the notice caused my appetite to drop considerably Fortunately I gained it back when I got my food It was every bit as delicious as promised

When is the last time something really made you laugh? Tell us about it.
Bonding with my fellow graduate students of color over the fact that we are over tired, over worked, but got a good job certificate basically saying aaaaaw we appreciate you. But what about that unpaid overtime, a day off, maybe free food....can I turn it in for something I need? Like I appreciate the appreciation but it did give us a great laugh to bond through the pain and all.
